History
Établissements Gallé, a distinguished French atelier renowned for its exceptional glasswork and furniture, was established by Émile Gallé in Nancy.
Following Émile Gallé’s passing in 1904, the enterprise continued to flourish under the stewardship of his widow, Henriette, maintaining its esteemed reputation until a final clearance sale in 1936. During this later chapter, a new generation of talented designers—such as Paul Nicolas, August Herbst, and Louis Hestaux—carried forward the atelier’s legacy, blending tradition with fresh artistic vision.
