SHIPPING

Worldwide shipping will require an international shipping fee,

Occasionally, there are additional costs associated with transporting extremely large or expensive items. We will try to deliver your order within 4 working days of receiving cleared payment for UK mainland addresses; international deliveries will take longer (5-10 working days).

Gorringe Antiques disclaims all liability for import duties, which are the buyer’s obligation.

Unless otherwise specified, we will use a tracked & signed for service of Gorringe Antiques selection.

There are a variety of reasons why a price might not be displayed on the website, including but not limited to:

Objects that are big or heavy will cost more to ship than small items.

If a cost is not shown, get in touch with Gorringe Antiques and provide your delivery address for an estimate that includes shipping.

Please note permission is necessary to export some of the items in Gorringe Antiques inventory outside of the UK/EU since they are subject to CITES laws, this includes any furniture with rare timber or marquetry.

If an export certificate is necessary, it will be the buyer’s duty and expense. Shipping won’t start until a licence has been acquired. The sale will be cancelled if an export licence cannot be obtained or if the buyer declines to pay for a licence.

PAYMENT

You can either make a purchase by getting in touch with Gorringe Antiques personally or by doing so online.

Debit and credit cards, personal checks payable in GBP, and bank transfers are all acceptable forms of payment.

ONLINE SECURE PAYMENTS

Gorringe Antiques uses PayPal’s SSL-secured online payment processing.

You can use any major debit or credit card to make your payment once you are sent to the PayPal payment screen. We Accept Credit & Debit Cards: All Majors Visa, Delta, Electron/MasterCard, Eurocard, Maestro, and American Express are all accepted. Additionally, we will confirm that your payment was received and that your order is being processed via the email address you provided when you registered for payment. RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of goods. They must be returned in the original condition and unused, including the purchase receipt. It is the customers responsibility to pay the cost for return postage. After we have inspected the goods, provided they are in good condition we will issue you a full refund (minus shipping costs) to the original payment method on file within 14 days. Please notify us immediately by email if goods are damaged or you wish to make a return.
